When a lead registers (e.g., via a form in your LeadGen campaign), LinkTrust receives and distributes it automatically based on your business rules (payouts, assignments, validations).

If you have multiple delivery paths, you can enable the "All the time" option so a lead continues flowing to additional channels, even if it has already been previously accepted.

Two-Way Sync with Your CRM

Each time a lead progresses to a new stage in your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.), an API call notifies LinkTrust of the status change. For example, when a rep schedules a call, your CRM sends a “Lead contacted” message, updating the LinkTrust stage to "First Contact."

Conversely, if you manually move a lead from one stage to another within LinkTrust, a configured webhook can send a notification back to your CRM—keeping both systems aligned at all times.

Stage Configuration and Rules

In the Pipelines section of LinkTrust, you can define each stage (Capture, Qualification, Demo, Proposal, Negotiation, Closing, etc.) and set whether the order is mandatory or flexible.

Each stage can have a specific payout or a set of commissions triggered when the milestone is reached.
